DISTRICT 7 CONVENTION EVENTS
FRIDAY, MAY 28, 2010
A vintage trolley ride to many of the favourite tourist spots in Vancouver has been arranged. It will include the Cleveland Dam (great photo stop), Stanley Park`s Prospect Point. Along English Bay, Vanier Park, Granville Island, Yaletown, Chinatown and Gastown with a stop for lunch at the Old Spaghetti Factory. The tour will start at 9:30 AM with pickup at the Hotel, and return to the hotel at 1:30 PM. The hotel is the Executive Hotel and Conference Centre located at 4201 Lougheed Highway, Burnaby, BC. The cost of the Friday tour is $49.00 and a souvenir group photo with the trolley will be available, to all on the tour on their return. The photo is included in the package.

Celebration night. Come and enjoy a sumptuous buffet and dance to the music of Dal Richards to celebrate Sleipner`s 100th year anniversary. We hope to make this an event to remember and the more friends and fellow Lodge Members to help the celebration the better it will be. We would really like to see everyone there, this is not a Convention attendee only event. The tickets are $65.00 per person, and again it will be held at the Executive Hotel and Conference Centre located at 4201 Lougheed Highway, Burnaby, BC. Get your tickets early.
